Shay is a Registered Behavior Technician at our Elizabethtown location. She is an Elizabethtown native and is passionate about giving back to her community. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services from Western Governors University with plans to graduate in 2025. Shay has vast experience in healthcare, ministry, and education, and has combined her love of them all to pursue ABA therapy as an RBT. When not at The Kid SpOt Center, Shay spends her time investing in the lives of students serving as a Student Ministry Director at her church. Shay spends her free time either reading books or making Target and Starbucks runs!

Shay makes it a priority to be a willing and active listener for those who are in need of an ear. She believes that everyone is deserving and worthy of having someone care and advocate for you. Shay will go above and beyond to provide support and care for every client and family that she will have the pleasure of meeting.
