Requirements
Graduate from an accredited program for counseling or social work
Current license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC or associates level (Clinical Supervision provided)
Must have ability to pass and maintain current CPR certification
Must consent to background check and TB test
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain mental health credentials and billing credentials
Maintain required certifications and necessary paperwork for KSC employment (CPR, First Aid, TB Assessment)
Provide quality care by assessing for mental health needs and responding with appropriate interventions and plans of care
Provide quality care by developing and updating as necessary Plans of Care that are relevant and meaningful to the child and their family
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner as outlined in policy (i.e. functional assessment, behavior support plan, etc.)
Understand and follow through with suicide risk assessment process and referral process with children and teens as needed
Adhere to professional code of ethics for social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists
Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings
Complete daily billing sheet
Develop and distribute homework one time per month per child
Attend necessary training as required and/or directed by supervisor
When appropriate, provides telehealth services, following all KSC policies regarding telehealth
