Reports to supervising BCBA/BCaBA as outlined in BACB regulations

Provides 1:1 ABA therapy in a KSC clinic

Follows and implements individualized treatment programs with evidence based activities to address goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan developed by the supervising BCBA

Collects and accurately documents data during all direct sessions for the purpose of monitoring patient progress towards goals

Provides regular written and verbal feedback to caregivers and the supervising BCBA/BCaBA

Attends and actively participates in supervision with supervising BCBA/BCaBA and seeks consultation when necessary

Communicates any caregiver questions/concerns to supervising BCBA/BCaBA in a respectful and confidential manner

Communicates any personal concerns regarding patient treatment plans to the supervising BCBA/BCaBA in a respectful and confidential manner

Completes all required documentation in accordance with policy timeline

Collaborates with supervising BCBA/BCaBA to distribute homework for each patient, at minimum, 1x monthly

Maintains a program binder for each patient

Completes periodic training and skill maintenance in various assessments and evidence based programming such as VB-MAPP, STAR Program, AFLS, etc.

Uses professional language when completing all documentation

Completes all other job duties assigned by direct supervisor and clinic manager
